Leadership Leadership is defined as "a person that guides or directs a group." The leaders of the DRIVEN Foundation define leadership in one word, servant. Successful businesses and organizations that have great leadership have men and women that serve. "I am second!" Men and women in leadership positions understand this concept. People in leadership roles humble themselves to run in second place but because of this the organization or company will finish in first! The leaders of the DRIVEN Foundation strive daily to foster leadership within youth and young adults in the community through our events and programs.
